How do I log in to the app?

Invoice My Job uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code — no password needed.

How do I send an invoice?

Log a job, then tap the invoice button on the job detail screen. You can send it directly to your client by email as a PDF.

What is AI Scan?

AI Scan lets you photograph a receipt or handwritten note and automatically fills in the expense details for you. Images are processed securely and never stored on our servers.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely on our UK-based servers. Bank details are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Invoice My Job. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

I forgot the email I signed up with. What do I do?

Email us at support@invoicemyjob.co.uk and we'll help you locate your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you need assistance, contact us at support@invoicemyjob.co.uk.
